Robert McMurray has been living on Staten Island for over 17 years.  A self taught artist, Mr. McMurray has only begun showing his maps very recently although he's been working on them since 1990.  The subjects are neighborhoods in Manhattan, with an excursion into Staten Island, mostly in their heydays. He works in ink on paper, occasionally employing photocopies of pictures or postcards, or original maps as a collage effect.

Reproductions of his maps are available in 11x17. Laminated and unlaminated for $5 to $15.
